WOODEN BOAT FESTIVAL ‘25
PHOTOGRAPHED FOR NORTHWEST MARITIME
PORT TOWNSEND, WA
Each fall, we make our way back to Port Townsend for the Wooden Boat Festival—coffee from Java Gypsies in hand and cameras ready. This year, we photographed the event on both digital and film, documenting the schooner races as they disappeared into the fog and the energy that fills the harbor all weekend long.
The festival has become a tradition for us, blending our love of maritime culture with our approach to storytelling. From dockside details to wide, atmospheric scenes, we aimed to capture the craftsmanship, character, and community that make this event one of a kind.
